Delivery Platforms are like the "middlemen" - they buy food from us and charge you a higher price and delivery fee to bring food to you. Restaurants are charged up to 16.5% for pick-up and up to 33% for home delivery. Ordering pick-up directly with a restaurant ensures that they'll still be around next year. Secondly, you're skipping the "middleman". We've heard a lot of stories of food going missing or going cold when ordering through thirdparty platforms. Thirdly, many restaurants offer discount. At Madame Nhu we offer 10% discount on takeaways. You'll save on your meal and save yourself the delivery fee!

Delivery Platforms
At the moment, we don't offer direct delivery. However, we continue to provide our food through all major delivery platforms to provide choice for our customers, including Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Door Dash and Easi. You'll see us on Menulog too, but we don't recommend this platform due to their unreliability. We endorse Door Dash -they don't charge commission if you order using the link direct from our website.
How Deliveries Work. Our Guarantee
Our guarantee to you: Food leaves our restaurant freshly cooked, sealed and carefully packaged. The Delivery Platform's Rider then check the content and accepts the delivery.
It is now the responsibility of the Delivery Platform's Drivers to bring food to you complete, hot and on time.
In the event there are issues with your order being rejected, your food delivered late, cold or damaged, please direct your enquiry to your delivery platform.
Our Service
